We recently had two career fairs with local as well as with international universities, where both students and parents alike attended.

Applying to USA?
Its important to know the required standardized testing when applying universities; and if you're applying to USA, then one of the required tests is the SAT (or even the ACT which is just as recognized as the SAT and a great option especially for science students). The SAT is a written exam that consists of three sections: critical reading, math and writing. Its absolutely vital for any student applying to the US to do their SAT/ACT. So what are you waiting for? Go do your SAT today!
Its difficult to know what you want to do for the rest of your life; you may be good at several different fields and just not know which one to pick for a career path. Which is why Ashiya skills (located in knowledge village) is here to help; they do a series of brain analysis to help you figure out your innate intelligence and based on the results also assist you in choosing a respective career pathway.

Thursday's are for career assemblies!
Here at Winchester we believe that knowledge is power, and that our students will only make the best decisions for their higher education once they are well-informed and aware of what is it in the world awaiting them. Which is why on Thursday mornings from 7.50 - 8.20 we have career assemblies; during this time people such as representatives from universities (local and abroad) , external career counselors, representatives from external examination facilities (such as the Princeton Review and IELTS) and/or university students come in to share to our students about their experiences and information regarding various things. So make sure you don't miss Thursdays!
